Sommer GmbH takes responsibility for its economic activities and their ecological, social, and ethical impact. Sustainability is an integral part of our corporate management and business processes.

We have introduced binding guidelines and standards to implement our responsibility. These apply to our employees and, where applicable, to our business partners.

Sommer GmbH is a participant in the United Nations Global Compact and supports its ten principles in the areas of human rights, labor standards, the environment, and anti-corruption. These principles form an important framework for our responsible actions.

Code of Conduct 884 KB This Code of Conduct sets binding framework conditions for our global activities and defines the ethical behaviour of our employees in accordance with the management system.
Code of Conduct for suppliers 865 KB We consider compliance with the applicable laws and other legal regulations to be a minimum requirement. In addition, we expect our suppliers to observe the principles described in this Code of Conduct and to implement them appropriately in their business processes.
